Susanne's approach to health/healing
For the past 23 years Susanne has not used any pharmaceutical medications (including Aspirin, Tylenol or birth control pill) with the exception of Tetanus shots and the medications, her dentist used. Her mother used home remedies with her children all along and switched her and her siblings from a regular Doctor to a Homeopathic Doctor, when Susanne was a teenager. Susanne does go to Medical Doctors for checkups, tests and diagnosis.
For help with health problems she goes to Naturopathic Doctors, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, looks in her herb books, uses home remedies, eats specific foods, does Self-Healing exercises, dances, does yoga, Qigong, uses journal writing, creative arts and/or nature.
